How do you price your cleaning contracts?
We provide fixed monthly rates based on your home, initial frequency and scope. After a home visit, we’ll offer you a membership at a fixed fee.
This membership will have a detailed scope of home cleaning showing you exactly what’s included.
You are then given access to a calendar, where you can make bookings. Each month your account is loaded with credits which you can use to book cleans. Any unused credits will be rolled over to the next month. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Are all your staff trained and competent?
Before visiting your home or premises, our staff will have been trained. We train our cleaners for different scenarios.
What areas do you cover?
We primarily serve South London and most of North London. For larger oppprtuinities, we can cover other UK regions. Get in touch and we’ll confirm coverage for your location.
How quickly can you start?
For most memberships, we can accept bookings within 2–3 working days of initial home visit. Emergency mobilisation is sometimes possible — contact us directly to discuss.
Do you provide cleaning summaries?
Yes. Every clean is logged and any reports are filed and archived. Cleaning summaries are available for clients with memberships upon request. COSHH risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and safety data sheets are provided for larger homes. We’re audit-ready.
What happens if a cleaner is cancels last-minute?
In the event that a cleaner cancels a booking last minute, our cover cleaners will be notified and if they can’t seem to make it then your credits will be restored.
